Please read carefully the terms and conditions provided by The Vintage Wedding List ("we"/ "us" / "our").

All personal data that we receive is subject to our Security and Privacy Policy.
Descriptions and Photographs
We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are accurate. If an item is found to be described inaccurately, we will offer to exchange it for another in stock.
Pricing
We reserve the right to alter our pricing. However, once an item has been added to a wedding list, the price for that item is fixed.
Non-UK custom
Our products and services are only available to customers in the UK.

Terms and Conditions for Wedding Lists Receiving Presents
Managing a List
Couples receiving presents from a wedding list (you / your) are able to add and remove presents from their list. Once a present has been bought from a list, you will need to contact us if you wish to make an exchange.
Purchases
We accept cheques, credit cards and debit cards, and payment will be taken as soon as an order is placed. Payment must be received for purchases to be accepted.
Closing a List
Either you or your partner may close a list. Contact us if you wish to exchange any items on your list for other items in stock. A credit will be given to you to the value of the item you wish to exchange, and a new item may be bought for your list with that credit. Wedding lists should be closed two to four weeks after the wedding date.
Delivery
There will be no delivery charge to addresses within the M25. There will be a small delivery charge for other UK addresses please contact us for a quote. You may pick up presents from us, by prior arrangement. Gifts should be delivered or collected four to eight weeks after a list has been closed.
Returned goods
Items may be returned to us within fourteen days of receipt, but you must contact us first. You will then receive a credit to the value of that item. You can use this credit to purchase items from stock. Items must be returned in good condition.
Breakage
If any item is found to be damaged during delivery, you will receive a credit to the value of that item. You can use this credit to purchase from items in stock for your list. Finding an identical replacement is unlikely, since all of our gifts are unique.
Storage
We will not charge for the storage of gifts for four months after a list is closed. After six months, there will be a storage fee of £25 a month.
Cancellation
In the event that a wedding is cancelled, money/presents will belong to the purchasers, and they will be refunded the full amount of their purchase. You will be charged with an administration fee of 10% of the total money spent on presents.
Bespoke Service
We are able to source items for you to add to your wedding list. We reserve the right to take on a project. If we take on a project, and are unable to find a bespoke item, we reserve the right to cease searching for that bespoke item.
Through setting up a wedding list with us, you are affirming that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cease managing a wedding list at any point. In this event, all goods purchased will be delivered immediately and the list will be closed.
Terms and Conditions for Wedding Lists Giving Presents
Purchases
We accept orders only once payment has been received. We take cheques, credit cards and debit cards. Credit and debit cards will be debited at the time of the order.
Delivery
Gifts are ordered on behalf of couples, and they should be delivered four to eight weeks after a list has been closed. Couples receiving presents from a wedding list may exchange items for other items in stock or for gift vouchers.
Secure payments
We offer a secure environment for the purchase of goods over the internet, and all information received from the purchasers will be encrypted.
Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Individual Presents (non-Wedding List)
Purchases
We accept orders only once payment has been received. We take cheques, credit cards and debit cards. Credit and debit cards will be debited at the time of the order. Orders can be made online or over the telephone.
Delivery
We will dispatch goods on the next working day after an order is made, to arrive one or two days after dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Up to £200 - £7.95
£200 to £400 - £9.95
More than £400 - £10.95
Deliveries may require a signature, so it is advisable to make the delivery address a secure location where there is someone available to sign for the package. For delivery to addresses outside the UK, and for delivery of paintings or furniture, please contact us for a quote.
Returns
If customers are not satisfied with their purchases, they may return items to us within seven days to receive a full refund. Items must be returned by registered post or courier, and the postage must be paid for by the customer. Items must be returned in good condition.
