How can I set up a wedding list?
Please call or email us using the contact details at the bottom of the page. You can then make an appointment to view our stock. Once you have made a note of the things you like, you can build your list online.

Can I add and remove items from my list?
Yes, you can. You are able to do this in your account area.

Can I see what has been bought for me, and who has bought it?
This information can be found in your account area. You can see what has been bought, who bought it for you, and any messages from your guests.

Am I able to exchange items after my list is closed?
If you are unhappy with anything you receive from your list, you are able to exchange them for something else within two weeks of receiving your presents.

How can I find a wedding list?
Click on the ‘Find a Wedding List’ link, put either the groom or bride’s name into the search box, and select ‘submit’.

Do I need to have a wedding list to buy presents?
No, you don’t. You can buy one-off presents on this website.

Do you sell presents for Christenings and other special occasions?
Yes, we do. Please visit our Christenings page, which can be found through clicking Browse Products.

Can I have my present gift-wrapped?
Yes, there is a box you can tick at Step 3 of the Checkout process if you would like your presents gift-wrapped.

Where are you based?
We are based in Richmond, London. If you would like to visit our showroom, please call us to arrange an appointment.

What kind of packaging do you use?
Most of our packaging is environmentally friendly, and, like our presents, has been recycled.

Can I have my Christening present engraved?
Yes, we offer this service. Please call us to get a quote.

Can I send a hand-written message?
Yes, please send your hand-written message to: 2 Tabor Road, London W6 0BW. Please state your name, and the names of the couples getting married.
