  • How can I set up a wedding list?

    Please call or email us using the contact details at the bottom of the page. You can then make an appointment to visit our show room, and if you are able to find things that you like, we will add them to your list for you. Wedding lists can be managed online, and clients are able to add and remove items themselves. If you are unable to make it to our show room, it is possible to create and manage a wedding list using the website, but you will have to contact us to set up an account.

  • Can I add and remove items from my list?

    Yes, you can. You are able to do this by using the website for the first two weeks. After this, we store the things that you have chosen, but you can still make alterations to your list by emailing us.

  • Can I see what has been bought for me, and who has bought it?

    This information can be found in your account area. You can see what has been bought, who bought it for you, and any messages from your guests.

  • Am I able to exchange items after my list is closed?

    If you are unhappy with anything you receive from your list, you are able to exchange them for something else within two weeks of receiving your presents.

  • How can I find a wedding list?

    Click on the ‘Find a Wedding List’ link, put either the groom or bride’s name into the search box, and select ‘submit’.

  • Do I need to have a wedding list to buy presents?

    No, you don’t. You can buy one-off presents on this website.

  • Can I have my present gift-wrapped?

    Yes, there is a box you can tick at Step 3 of the Checkout process if you would like your presents gift-wrapped.

  • Where are you based?

    Our show room and head office are based near Salisbury, Wiltshire. If you would like to visit us, please call us to arrange an appointment.

  • Do you charge for your service?

    No, we do not charge for the service we provide.

  • Do you charge for postage and packaging?

    For wedding lists, we offer a free delivery service to certain areas. For one-off purchases, we have a standard rate of £7.50 for all orders within the UK, larger items may cost more. if delivery is required within 3 working days this will cost extra. Overseas orders may incur a surcharge, please contact us for a quote. Certain items are for delivery or pick up only. For these items, you may pick up from our show room near Salisbury, by prior arrangement.
