One-Off Purchases, Non-Wedding List

All items in our 'Browse Products' section are available to purchase, and you do not have to have a wedding list to buy from this website.

There is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 to all addresses within the UK. We will deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days. If you need your order sooner than this, please contact us to let us know.

Certain items are marked as being for London delivery or pick up only (see product description on product page). For these items, you may pick up from our show room in Richmond, by prior arrangement, or we can put you in contact with a 3rd party logistics company.

Deliveries may require a signature, so it is advisable to make the delivery address a secure location where there is someone available to sign for the package.

If customers are not satisfied with their purchases, they may return items to us within 14 days to receive a full refund. Items must be returned by registered post or courier, and the postage must be paid for by the customer.

Wedding List

We offer free delivery to all London addresses. There will be a charge for delivery to addresses outside of London, so please contact us for a quotation.

Items may be returned to us within fourteen days of receipt, and you will receive a credit to the value of that item. You can use this credit to purchase items for your list from stock. Goods must be returned in good condition. Please contact us before making a return.
