Wedding Lists Receiving Presents

You may choose a delivery time that is convenient to you. This is usually four to eight weeks after you have closed your list. There will be no delivery charge to addresses within the M25. There will be a small delivery charge for other UK addresses please contact us for a quote. You may pick up your presents from us by prior arrangement.

Items may be returned to us within fourteen days of receipt, and you will receive a credit to the value of that item. You can use this credit to purchase items for your list from stock. Goods must be returned in good condition. Please contact us before making a return.

Purchase of Individual Presents (non-Wedding List)

We will dispatch goods on the next working day after an order is made, to arrive one or two days after dispatch.

Delivery Charges

• Up to £200 - £7.95
• £200 to £400 - £9.95
• More than £400 - £10.95

Deliveries may require a signature, so it is advisable to make the delivery address a secure location where there is someone available to sign for the package. For delivery to addresses outside the UK, and for delivery of paintings or furniture, please contact us for a quote.

If customers are not satisfied with their purchases, they may return items to us within seven days to receive a full refund. Items must be returned by registered post or courier, and the postage must be paid for by the customer. Items must be returned in good condition.
